Strength Through Struggle

As a former professional athlete, I understand the mental and physical dedication required to reach the highest level of competitive sport. I have developed my own unique and traditional training methods aimed at syncing the body and mind in preparation for competing against the best. I believe that a rigorous training system not only develops physical strength, but also develops the mental stamina required to compete at the highest levels of the game. At Grind to Shine Fitness we work through all the mental and physical stress required to awaken the beast within. This is achieved with the latest training techniques and methodologies put fourth to consistently push my athletes to the limit.
